2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on huxoclothing.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration, photography lighting, and fabric texture variations.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. HUXO reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing your order. We shall not be liable for any pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in bad faith.

We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments receive a flat ₹75 discount automatically applied at checkout. COD orders are subject to availability based on delivery location. HUXO is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on huxoclothing.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, typography, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy, and the overall visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of HUXO and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand identity or design assets will be subject to legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
